My name is Montgomery Mahaffey and welcome to my blog Holding On By A Thread. This blog takes a deep dive into my thoughts and experiences in fashion, beauty, interior design, hair and living with POTS. I am originally from Florida and was introduced to the fashion industry at a young age due to my mom working in the industry my entire life. I immediately fell in love with fashion and have now moved to New York City. I live in the West Village where I live a fun and chaotic life wrapped in fabric and fashion that sometimes leaves me holding on by a thread.
